Exchange and return policy

-Initiate a Return or Exchange: You must initiate a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving your order. The brand tag must not be broken and the item must be in its original and unused condition.


-Within 24 hours of receiving the product please notify us if there is a problem or if it arrives damaged.

All returns must be shipped back via DDP Incoterms.


- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS: We will not issue refunds or exchanges for returned item with broken tag and in used or customer damaged condition. Custom-made and one-of-a-kind items are not returnable.


-Shipping and handling fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped back via the courier company. If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, we will deduct the shipping fee from your total refund to cover the costs of free shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

-Refund Process: If you are entitled to a refund, it will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days of receipt.


- Rosary/Tasbih chains warranty: Rosary/Tasbih chains are not included in the warranty; Please treat them kindly. Breaks caused by abuse are not covered. However, if you encounter any problems during receipt, we can replace/repair it for free.


- Craftsmanship Variations: Artisans may make slight changes to the designs for durability and strength as they are handcrafted works of art. Stones may have a 10% tolerance for handmade jewelry items. We do not make guarantees on color variations (lighter/darker, etc.) or stone styles, because we use real, genuine gemstones. For tasbeeh products, tassel designs or small silver accents may vary.


- Cancellation: Customers can cancel the order after submitting it within 2 hours. If the order is delivered to the transportation company, the customer will be charged the transportation company’s expenses.


- Damaged product: If you receive a damaged product, you have the right to reject it and contact us via email or WhatsApp With Pictures. In such cases, open a file with us within 24 hours after delivery. If we determine that the product has been damaged before or during courier transit, we will replace the product and resend it within 7 business days.
